Through his own experience as a Business Finance Consultant David realised that the opportunity existed to provide businesses and individuals with better service and impartial access to a wide range of financial and business products. CFS are now able to share their expertise and knowledge with individuals who have the drive and motivation to become CFS Business Consultants.

CFS is run by a management team consisting of BUSINESS advisers and FINANCE professionals. The Directors have exceptional track records gained with some of the leading names in banking and finance.
About the Management Team
David Chesters - Managing Director and Chairman
David heads up the Management Team at CFS. With over 30 years’ of corporate banking experience in UK and International markets, David spent the first 20 years of his career in various management roles for TSB. He then moved to a major European bank providing commercial finance before setting up Complete Financial Solutions in 2004. David has an outstanding record of winning business and an enviable network of contacts with all the major UK lending and financial institutions.
Noel Guilford - Non-Executive Director
Noel provides valuable support and guidance to CFS in his role as Non- Executive Director. As a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience in the accounting profession, Noel is North West Regional Chairman of the Institute of Directors and Non-Executive Director of two other North West based companies including The Forum of Private Business where he chairs the Audit Committee.
Richard Bostock – Operations Director
Richard provides operational support to CFS, covering every aspect of business and finance.
