Background
CC an old established company. Directors husband & wide in their mid 50's and with his wife owned 100%.
The company had been trading for over 20 years and banked with High Street bankers who provided Factoring Facilities and overdraft of £100k.
The problems arose when the bank refused to extend a request for additional working capital.
The Solution
Using the assets of the company in a more creative manner CFS was able to introduce:
- Rebanking,
- New factoring facility
- Commercial mortgage.
