Alisha Lawler was confident she had a great idea for a niche business specialising in the sale of vinyl records, but became frustrated and disillusioned when the High Street banks she pitched to for a loan were not willing to endorse her business plan. CFS stepped in and was able to handle all the financial negotiations to secure her the funding to start her own shop. Business is now thriving: as well as selling vinyl records, Reality Records is building a DJ recording studio and plans to launch a record label.
